Our Story
Founded by youth advocate and community leader Amanda Phiri, Insightful Impact began with one mission: to create a Zambia where every woman and adolescent girl can thrive. From humble beginnings conducting school health talks and menstrual hygiene sessions, our work has grown into a national platform leveraging technology, research, and collective action to uplift the most vulnerable. We exist to bridge the gap between what’s available and what’s needed in our communities.
